Hey there

Thanks for your report and welcome to Trac!

Would you mind trying the following steps?

  1. Deactivate all plugins
  2. Switch to the default theme (e.g. Twenty Fifteen)
  3. Test again

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

Replying to swissspidy:

Hey there swissspidy

Thanks for your prompt response.

I used one customer site followed your steps and without success.

However when I access the page in the Twenty15 theme it worked.

The bug must be with the AVADA theme from theme fusion, or am I still missing something.
Sorry I did not post here for support, I genuinely believed it was a bug.

Suggestions?

  • Resolution set to invalid
  • Status changed from new to closed

No worries! That can happen to all of us :)

I suggest you ask the Avada people for support since it is an issue with the theme. Perhaps they have already fixed this.

I'm closing this ticket now.
