Add the ability to change which page is showing in the customizer.

@kidsguide: You can change the page just by either clicking around in the preview to the desired page, or by navigating to the desired page on the frontend and then click the “Customize” link in the admin bar. The initial page loaded into the Customizer preview will then be that page.
