WordPress 4.3 Dashboard not refreshing

Description

With WordPress 4.3 comes a little bit of an issue. When posting or changing post status in the admin dashboard, the left admind dashboard sidebar containing the menu for everything becomes scrambled. A screenshot has been attached to this report. Post information was redacted for privacy. This issue didn't occur until the release of WordPress 4.3
