Description
Hey everyone.
Just a quick question / discussion about the move to a generated strong password in WordPress 4.3 (as noted here: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2015/07/28/passwords-strong-by-default/)
The current flow is that when adding a new user to the admins screen you will select the 'show password' button and that will generate a strong password for you (along with showing you the strength of your password / it's security)
I also hoped that there would be a 'generate password' button to generate a new random password.
It's just as easy to go to a website and generate one and copy it back into the create new user screen, however it would be good to have that in the core.
Any thoughts on this?

Thanks for taking the time out to reply @SergeyBiryukov :)
It seems that both the add new user and edit user screens have the same button that displays an already generated password (it looks like it just hides / shows the generated password when you press that button)
What I was wondering why there isn't another button next to it that generates a new password in case you don't want that specific password
Most of the content management systems / websites I've used seem to have an ability to randomly generate a different password. I've built this functionality into WordPress before for clients, just wondering why it isn't part of the core.
Hi @simonrcodrington, welcome to Trac!
There is a "Generate Password" button when editing an existing user's profile.
