Inconsistent naming for the "Remove" link for widgets.

Description

If you add a new widget via the Customiser the link to remove it will say "Delete". If you then go ahead and save, the naming of the link will change to "Remove". If you then close the customiser and reopen it will stick to saying "Remove".

The attach patch changes the "Delete" naming to be "Remove". This is then consistent with the naming of the "Remove" link for the admin widget interface along with the menu interface both old and new.
