Description
This patch adds a Publish Now button to scheduled posts' edit page.
So users can publish their scheduled posts immediately.
Before this patch, users must change post's status to Draft , save and then Publish it.
This patch created after @lloydbudd 's comment on #8737
"Closing as invalid for now. Stale, and not enough technical info as to the factors.
Please create a new ticket with technical details if there is a high frequency or repro scenario."

I love the idea! I'm just not sure about placing the button how it is. Only last week I was frustrated by experience of publishing a scheduled post. This is the kind of small improvement that will be really nice to bring in.
I do also think as we add more and more to this box, rethinking the approach is good. I'd be interested in seeing something explored that maybe breaks out of our current confines and sees how the entire thing could be improved. It could with some small adjustments help all flows in that box.

- Milestone Awaiting Review deleted
- Resolution set to wontfix
- Status changed from new to closed
As we are now moving to the new editor experience I would encourage you ti make an issue here for this: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues. As discussed in triage this week, closing as a result.

I would love to see this change, I often will write a blog title as and leave it in a draft so that I can come back to it days, months, or years later and actually write it.
Just recently I finally finished a post that I started in 2016. After giving it the once over I hit publish and BLAM, way back in June 2016 my post lives.
I like this idea, but squeezing the button into that position feels really janky. It could be placed next to the 'Preview' button, but I'm tempted to say that the whole publishing actions meta box needs a re-think.
