Permalinks in 4.4-alpha-34451 failing into Redirect Loop?

Description
Seems like someone else would have reported if this was a real bug, but I am offering it here...
Running nightly build (version in title) off of Bluehost. Haven't changed any code in quite some time, permalinks are bombing out.
Tried:
. Full reinstall of nightly build, both via download and direct FTP, and from admin panel.
. Disabling all plugins.
. Modifying/removing .htaccess.
. Saving/Changing&Saving Permalink settings.
. Changing Wordpress & URL addresses / Changing them back.
. Checked for caches, none.
. Looked at other sites hosted on same IP/Server/Hosting service (they all work).
Finally, I simply switched Permalinks back to "Default". It works, but none of the others do.
When using anything bug Default, everything, including home page, errors out to Redirect Loop.
It happened overnight. There was certainly no changes to the code, and I doubt Bluehost changed anything, as the permalinks work on the other sites hosted.

I was wrong. The permalinks work for posts, but fail on the home page. I saw the pages work, because I had a link for them, but going back, it is only the home page that is failing on the redirect. All the rest of the above is the same. Just the home page.
Oh, yes.. And, I also tried in another browser (Opera portable), which I have never used to access this site. Admin area works fine, but it's not a cookie thing.
