Bulk Editor Fails on Filtered Custom Post Types

Description

When viewing a list of custom post types by tag, the bulk editor will fail to add tags to them and return an 'Invalid Post Type' error.

Example - ​http://gotowv.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=company&tag=wine (Just the URL, not public)
