    11Thinking that to be able to handle all cases well, see [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/34109#comment:25 comment:25], we will need couple more helper functions: `is_ssl_admin()` and `is_ssl_site()`. Both should work regardless of when they are called, i.e. from wp-admin and from the front-end, and should be filtered.
