Integrate WA Fronted with core

I'm the main developer of WA Fronted​https://github.com/jesperbjerke/wa-fronted which is soon reaching v1.0, and I think it would be awesome if we could use this codebase and integrate it to core since the FEE feature plugin got dropped.

These are the best places to get started with proposing a plugin as a feature:

While the communication for the previously proposed front end editor plugin has been inactive for a bit, there is probably a chance to collaborate and discuss possible overlaps.

I would recommend stopping in the #core-editor channel in ​Slack to gauge interest and determine where workflows could be combined. The official time to propose a featured plugin is during a #core chat near the beginning of a release cycle, though an open floor is usually available during the weekly Wednesday chats as well.

I'm going to close this ticket out for now, but that is in no way a signal of disinterest. :)
