Sometimes image modal does not fill in link

Description
This happens when there are elements between the link and image such as strong.
Similarly dragging and dropping an image won't move this link.

This is a very rare issue, and it makes sense to let the modal edit links only directly next to the image. Ideally any tags that are between a link and an image should be cleaned up as they are remains from text.
