Items Per page in Admin Area

In the Post and Pages screens, can we please look into adding a 'items per page' box?

So we can quickly show, say, 100 items per page, to improve how quickly we can mass-delete items.

There is a "Number of items per page" setting in Screen Options.

Somehow wasn't aware of that. :(

I still feel that being able to set it based on a per-post-type basis would be easy, or, at least have it in-line on the listing screen would be helpful.
