Description
Some corrections/improvements in the inline documentation of the new responsive images functions.

In 34464.1.diff: I found some more issues in the comments so I fixed those as well.
Note that #34430 will make a lot of changes in the responsive images code so maybe better to wait for that patch first and see what issues still need to be addressed. Happy to create a new patch after that one has landed.
