Description
French spell checker does not recognise the character 'œ', and does a word break.
Steps to reproduce
1) Create a new blog entry.
2) Type the following text:
3) "est aussi une manœuvre de troll"
4) Run the spell checker.
Expected result
une manœuvre is accepted as correct.
Actual result
The spell checker complains because it does not understand 'une man'

Thank you for the report and welcome to Trac.
I'm sorry, but WordPress core doesn't include a spell checker. The spell checking is probably provided through a plugin, like "TinyMCE Spellcheck" or Jetpack module "After the Deadline".
I suggest contacting the author, of the actual plugin you are using, of this problem. This may be done through the support page for the plugin.
If you are using the the text editor, as opposed to the visual editor, a spell checker included in, or added to, you browser, may also perform this spell checking.
