Description

"Lost Your Password?" link to wordpress login is redirecting to homepage and not password retrieval.

After members try to login to my website (beautystrives.com) and fail they are sent to http://www.beautystrives.com/wp/wp-login.php and when they try to click on "Lost Your Password?" link it redirects to my homepage (beautystrives.com) instead of http://www.beautystrives.com/wp/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword Please help me with this issue.

From what it looks like its not WordPress issue, but the on of the plugins (or theme) that changing links to make them "more" human/search engine friendly. WP never proposed to rtansform lost-password links in human/se friendly view.

Thanks for the report, @yazzi066, but this is most likely caused by your theme or a plugin on your site. Please try deactivating your plugins one by one to see if the problem disappears. Failing that, try switching to one of the default themes, such as Twenty Fifteen. Once you've found the cause of the issue you should contact the plugin or theme author and ask them to take a look at the problem.
