Password automatically changes after editing user profile.

This happens in the latest version 4.3.1

Everytime an user change their profile, though he doesn't click on generate a password, the new password automatically generated and saved.

Is there anyone has the same issue and know how to fix this, or if you can show me how to disable password auto generation, it would be great.
