oEmbed: Template should be "themable" / customizable with theme

As much as it's debatable to have this feature in core without any option to disable...

The minimum this should be, that the output of content from a site can be "themed" in a way it matches the target site.

I would propose to have an option to "overwrite" the template to be used by one that is accesible in the theme folder, not only "hardcoded" in the wp-includes folder.
