Add Search button in Add Plugins Section

Description

Please Add Search button in Add Plugins Section. Search button is already there may be disabled through CSS

After entered plugin name we seeing ajax operation but not doing anything . when we clicked on Enter button it will showing all plugins related search

With the introduction of Shiny Updates v2 in WordPress 4.6 this search field is going to be a "search as you type", meaning the results will be returned via AJAX and updated live. There are some issues to solve in the current implementation on trunk and they're addressed in #37233 including displaying the (now hidden) button when JS is off. Further improvements will hopefully be addressed in #31818. Please do feel free to follow those two tickets :)
