    1414- As it would support HTML, some users will eventually learn to paste the media types we excluded. For example it will be very easy to compose the content in the post editor then copy and paste the HTML. Forcing the users to do that by not providing sufficient UI would be a failure imho.

    16 Also, regardless of whether we add media support or not, adding HTML support to the text widget makes the "Media Widget" #32417 completely redundant. I mean, there will be two widgets that will the exactly the same thing but have different UI (either the familiar Media Library or copy/paste HTML). That's not going to be good UX.
