Description
When selected a time zone in wordpress admin > preferences > general.
If you select a timezone by city name the system can't recover right the current date. It shows right in settings, but when you publish a post it get 5 hours difference. If you schedule a post inside this time, say in 2 hours, it publish instantly and show the messange published 3 hours ago in the posts list.
Deactivated all plugins and checked with twenty Sixteen.
If you set time with UTC+1 or your zone and update the post then the time is right.
