    1 Tried to look into the RTL note on comment:54 some more. From what I can gather, controls should be mirrored. The password manager extensions may have their own reasons or limitations for not doing this. But does WP need to follow that? It may be a non-issue now though since the toggle, at least on [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/3827 pr:3827], is now a traditional button and not an inline icon.
