In menu edit in posts meta box I suggest add Archive for Posts

Keywords has-patch needs-unit-tests added

Related: #19902, #16075 and perhaps #19958

I am a bit worried that 35384.patch doesn't break any unit tests, as setting has_archive to true surely has a higher impact.

Isn't this served by either a Home item or whatever the page is that's set as the page for posts?

There's a Home link in the Pages box that serves the same purpose, see #13213.
