It looks like the changes made in 34864 didn't make it to the various color schemes.

Removing accessibility focus, as we only need to worry about accessibility in the default color scheme.
Changes should still probably be made for consistency.

Discussed in today's accessibility team meeting and decided to remove the accessibility focus, since WordPress aims to make accessible only the default color scheme.
