I'm not a coder or tech person - where do I find my answer to my ticket ##35344? I have no idea still of how to fix this problem Please get back to me asap - it's the reason I joined this site to begin with. Thank you

The issue is very actively being resolved and the next maintenance release of WordPress (4.4.2) will have the fix. I don't believe there is a firm date for this release, but we know there are a lot of folks impacted by it.
