Widget visibility button prominence perhaps should be less

Description

The button hierarchy with delete and close indicates that visibility is more important. I wonder if this indeed is the case. I would suggest it's not and either the order should be reversed or the visibility button take a step back.

Uhm, isn't widget visibility a Jetpack module?
