Wordpress Custom Template Pagination Not Working as Front Page

Hi Guyz!

Please don't regret this post.

When you create a custom template e.g. "My Template" and set it as Front Page from Reading and use these permalinks "Day and Name", "Month and Name", "Numeric" and "Post Name" then custom pagination doesn't work. I tried this on different sites but got the same result that you're redirected to your same page.

But yes pagination does work with the "Defualt / Plain" permalink structure.

Broken pagination with static front pages is a known issue which we're already tracking in #35344 and should be fixed in 4.4.2.
