This may mislead a user. Because not all users know that there are 3 types of editing on this page:

  1. Hidden menu "Edit".
  2. Hidden menu "Quick Edit".
  3. "Edit" in the "Bulk Actions" list. This name is equal to the 1. when it is not the same.

Should "Edit" in the"Bulk Actions" be changed on "Bulk Edit"?

Even though you can use this menu option for editing a single post (and thus it's not always "bulk" editing) I think this should be changed.

I agree this should be changed and note that a patch would be great.

Very straightforward patch. Everyone agrees that it should move forward. It's very old but still valid nowadays.
