Media Library doesn't work properly

Description
When I try to upload new files to the Media Library, it looks like it's not working. The tile view doesn't load at all, but the list view does. Also the "failed" uploads appear here. It is also not possible to add media to content. It just doesn't load/respond.

This sounds like it's a plugin or theme conflict causing the issue, I'd recommend disabling any plugin or even changing to a default theme (such as Twenty Fifteen at this time) to identify the source.
If the problem persists beyond that, please make a thread in our support forums at https://wordpress.org/support as this isn't a problem with the WordPress core project it self.
