wordpress.org/download meaning of "F5" not clear

nickshanks: on wordpress.org/download it says "Press F5 to reload and get a new styling"

MarkJaquith: nickshanks: ah, good point.  Guess it assumes that people who don't know how to refresh their browser are IE users ;-)

What's the issue? F5 is the refresh button for Firefox users too. It's more or less universal among browsers (at least on Windows).
