Description (last modified by )
The new site icon feature is great. However I think if an image is set as the site icon, that image should not be able to be deleted from the media library, or it should be uploaded somewhere else and use that location as its link.

@celsocos Yes, the main thing is somehow allowing for certain photos to not be deleted if they are used in important sections of the site. Specifically the Site Icon. Just don't really want clients to have the ability to accidentally delete the image being used as the icon from their media library.

Personally, I think this is an issue that doesn't have a good work around. What happens when you want to change icons? You'll have to manually delete the icon somehow, or just have unused files hanging around.

What if media files could get an "important" meta tag or something which Plugin Authors and the site icon could attach a string that says what the media file is used for. Then before delete in the media library a warning with that string pops up. I think could be beneficial for lots of things.

- Component changed from Customize to Media
There are flags within the media metadata that could be used for some sort of visual UI in the media modal/library to indicate that the file is a site icon, similarly to what's shown in the list view. Suggest doing the same for header images, which have the same thing. Moving to the Media component since it seems to be a better place to address this. I wouldn't recommend looking down the path of uploading the files to a different place or excluding them from the media library.
This will be usefull, since we have some plugins that word with library and expect media files (not icons) so it would be better to use a directory than make the item read-only in lib.
