Description

As of [36682], the text "Site Address (URL)" is used to refer to a single site's address and all site addresses in multisite's site-info.php. We should make the string the same when adding a new site as well.

In 36684:

Multisite: Use "Site Address (URL)" in site-new.php.

This uses the same string as single site and site-info.php when editing a site in multisite.
