Description

twemoji.js has recently officially added support for Unicode 8 emoji, as well as adding a bunch of size and performance improvements.

We should update.

In 36928:

Emoji: Upgrade twemoji.js to version 2.

Adds official upstream support for Unicode 8.0 emoji, as well as file size and performance improvements.

Fixes #36059.
