I think that this is useful patch - I can click and see url to archive page if exists.

That's probably something for the toolbar.
When editing a single post, a "View Post" link is shown in the toolbar. On the list table, a "View archive" link (or similar) could be added to the toolbar. The same goes for taxonomies.
Sounds like a duplicate of #34113.
