It could be useful to show in My Sites menu, for each site, the Theme/Child Theme applied and the site ID

Hi there,
I've done a patch for the wanted enhancement, find it attached : patch-36432.diff

It adds a column in first place - in as second while the first one is checkbox - to specify the blog id. Also added the activated theme as last column. When no theme activated, displayed a default message.
