grunt-contrib-uglify - Changes all minified JS files. Would prefer this happening earlier in a cycle so it gets enough testing.

In 37212:

Update grunt-contrib-uglify from ~0.10.0 to ~1.0.1

This changes every JS file in WordPress, so we need to test everything.

The related build changeset was ​https://build.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/37178.

No "fallouts" noticed, closing as fixed for now.
