Blank space content added on comment in wordpress backend.
Make validation for this.

Also backend admin comment validation required for edit time.

  • Quick edit time content validation work "ERROR: please type a comment."
  • Edit time not applied any validation for content.
  • Also email validation not applied (now not saved this value).

Hi, sorry for the long wait for a response to this ticket.

If a site administrator wants to edit a comment to be whitespace only, they should be permitted to. For example, we don't prevent admins from entering whitespace or even blank post titles or post content.

Based off that, I'm going to close this as wontfix, but feel free to continue the discussion if you feel strongly this should be changed.
