Date Picker field label not translated after 4.5.1

After updating to the latest release , date time picker field are displaying only in english , i need it to be in spanish, the developer of the theme i use , suggested me to create a ticket in wordpress support to see if this can be solved , Here is how it look whenever i choose a date

in the selection part it is translated , but the field label is displaying in english for some reasons.

the workaround fix , i found was to use the numeric formatting to display the date

@rafa0192 Can you tell me whether the datepicker is in admin or frontend? And is the datepicker added via any plugin?
