Wrong comment permalink problem

Description

I have splitted wordpress comments to 12 per page (Newer comments are displayed first), and someone have written 13. comment , if I click to see the 13. comment "in Recent comment seciton" - I can not see it because the link is wrong
here is the problem page

under the "Recent comment" link was wrong but now it disappeared under "Recent Comment" section

Does not seem to be an issue just using TwentySixteen as the active theme and no plugins active, with the comment pagination set to be 12 comments per page.

Hi @wtarkan - Based on what @lukecavanagh said above, this may be a problem with your theme, and not with WP core. If the issue recurs, feel free to reopen this ticket with details - including, if possible, information about how your Recent Comments widget works (is it the core widget?) and any information about how your theme renders comments (such as the comments.php template file).
