Description
Building off of #36794
I tested against 4.5.3, and the trunk (currently trying 37441). No results so far with the same issue persisting of the media library grid view failing to load. List view however still works.
PHP Environment: 5.6.14
Apache Version: 2.0
Tested on Chrome, IE 11, and MS Edge on Windows 10 devices. Utilized 5 separate devices with the same issue.

Update, this seems to be resolved in 37456. As I just downloaded the most recent nightly (at the time of posting 37441 was the latest). Verified that it works on all systems where the issue previously had presented itself.
