link category problems

• i cant find "create link categories" tab
• the "link categories" shows as "post categories" and in the "create link" tab shows only the "link categories"

consider just the bug:
the "link categories" shows as "post categories" and in the "create link" tab shows only the "link categories"

Link categories and post categories have, as of 2.1 been integrated into the same category system.

Does this solve your bug, or am I reading it wrong?
