Track Bookmarks’ Update Times checkbox needs to be renamed back

In the process of renaming Links to Bookmarks and back to Links again, a checkbox in WordPress Administration → Options → Miscellaneous entitled "Track Bookmarks’ Update Times" still needs renaming to "Track Links’ Update Times".

By the way, what does that checkbox do? It seems to be undocumented.

Applies to both /trunk and /branches/2.1.

Why milestone 2.2? This is a simple terminology inconsistency and should be in 2.1.1.

Should be? One could argue either way.

It has near zero impact if it is in or out of 2.1.1 . Severe problems only is generally the policy with a 2.2 release with a fixed release date within months.

I do not really care either way, but some other reasons not to include it or any other minor issue in 2.1.x are:

• One more item in a change list primarily focused on security and sever problems
• Trigger translation with small benefit
• Murphy
