Automatic WP update message should have "been" in subject line.

Introduced in [25837], see #10787.

"has been updated" would be passive form, meaning "someone has updated it" when in fact WordPress did that itself.

I took some time and looked through all of the emails that Core sends out and was discussing this with @chanthaboune. There were two findings: the email subjects consistently use the active voice, and the email bodies use the passive voice.

Since this email is also consistent with that pattern, let's close this out.
