Theme filter Issue

Description

Hi

When i search for new theme on WordPress.org and in my WordPress Dashboard. then i see different filter.

Is my Dashboard has bugs? i can not see same filter to find new theme. some fields are missing in my Dashboard for theme filter.

The list of theme tags/features has been updated recently, see #33407. In WordPress 4.6 you will see the same filters as on wordpress.org.
