Trying to get property of non-object

Description

I don't have notices disabled in PHP since I'm working in a development environment. I don't know if this notice comes up anywhere else, but the page where you create the wp-config file it says:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in C:\Apache2\htdocs\wp\wp-includes\functions.php on line 1316

I think this is a PHP5 specific thing, but I'm not sure. It may be related to the way PHP5 uses destruct to shutdown functions in reverse order.
