It would be great if we can see plugins list in grid view too.

I'm not sure how well plugin cards like on the "Add Plugins" screen would work for installed plugins. It would improve consistency throughout the admin, but it would also make the page way longer and harder to scan when you have lots of plugins.

Perhaps we'd need a "hybrid" mode like for media with list and grid view. There's a reason Jetpack had to introduce a list table to manage modules in addition to their cards implementation and there's a reason for the themes list table in the network admin.

Note: While I'm a bit skeptical about the "Installed Plugins" screen, I think plugin cards would be great on the "Import" screen as there are currently only 8 importers listed.
