Description

Hi i'm using WordPress in RTL mode. in the post tinymce toolbar. when in RTL mode the toolbar is not align right and difficult to use in WordPress 4.6.

I compared Tinymce css code from wordpress 4.5 with wordpress 4.6 in RTL mode and found problem in editor-rtl.min.css. i take screenshot from code in below to help you solve this problem.

Just adding two more screens - tested on two independent sites running 4.6 in both Chrome (52.0.2743.116) and Firefox (46.0.1) for Mac and running two different RTL languages - #ar & #ary. The toolbar is in the wrong direction for both.
