Description
Reordering images in a gallery with drag&drop doesn't work on Chrome 52. I just can't catch the image, it selects text instead. Works fine on Firefox 48.

Dragging image thumbnails to rearrange them in the gallery tab in the media popup works as expected here. Tested in Chrome 52.0.2743.116 m Win10.
Please follow the standard troubleshooting: clear browser cache, turn off plugins, switch to a default theme, turn off browser extensions, then try again. If you're still having problems, maybe try on another computer or/and another version of Chrome (if possible).
