Registering custom post status to post types.

Using register_post_status(), we could introduced new post status to the post types. if we can enhanced this function where we can register post status to specific post types that would be awesome.

or if we can introduce the post status with custom post type registering function that will help a lot to people who builds web applications top of WordPress
