Description

Hi, I found this CSS issue this evening. When I try to upload new plugin the button collapses.

I know I've 2 notifications and might be for that reason this is happening. Even though the button should have proper CSS having number of notifications. Isnt?

I've tried to reproduce this on OSX in Safari (v9.1.3), FF (v48) and Chrome (v53) - all seems fine here. Could this be Windows specific?

Could not reproduce on Windows 10 with Chrome 53 either.

Looks like a conflict with one of your Tevolution (?) plugins or your theme, the button has clearly some styling that doesn't come from core and probably a JS error too. Does it still happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme (for example Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Fifteen) activated?

I also can't replicate this myself. I would second this seems to be a plugin combination. If this isn't the case, then please let us know a bit more info so we can try and recreate.
