Add "Open link in a new tab" into Inline Linking

Description

Inline linking is a nice new feature, but I think it would make sense if we would have "Open link in a new tab" embedded into it as well. Open link in a new tab is a very common request, especially when talking about external links as website owners don't want the visitors leave their website.

Without "Open link in a new tab" implemented into Inline Linking, I find Inline Linking a bit unnecessary because one must click on Link options again, actually prompting us to do the same action twice in comparison with how it was like before Inline Linking was introduced.

I am attaching an example of where we could add "Open link in a new tab" button.
